Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 1win platform. By registering an account or placing bets, you agree to be bound by these rules. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India (except states where online gambling is restricted) to open an account. Only one account per person, household, and IP address is allowed. Multiple accounts will be permanently suspended and all winnings forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods registered in your own name. Minimum deposit is ₹300. First withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC). 1win processes most UPI and e-wallet withdrawals within 5–60 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses come with specific wagering requirements stated on the promotion page. Bonus abuse, including low-risk betting to meet wagering, may result in bonus cancellation and account restrictions. 1win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.

Betting and Casino Rules

Bets are accepted only at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In case of obvious errors or system malfunctions, 1win may cancel affected bets. Maximum winnings per bet or accumulator are subject to limits set by the platform. All casino games are independently tested for fairness.

Responsible Gaming

1win strongly promotes responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. If you feel you are losing control, please use these tools or contact our support team immediately.

Account Suspension and Termination

1win may suspend or close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or shows signs of problem gambling. In such cases, the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be directed to our customer support team. If unresolved, complaints can be escalated to the Curacao eGaming licensing authority. These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao.
